1. All artifacts, statements, projects, narratives, and reflections, except when indicated to be a group project, were created solely by me for the purpose of my coursework or this e-portfolio.

2. My e-portfolio is being created and limitedly distributed to those who are in charge of reviewing my work for the purposes of program completion and approval for graduation. All other viewers are prohibited from sharing or using this work without express approval from me or if being used in the event of a hiring review process.

3. Out of respect for the privacy of group members in selective artifacts, names and any other personally divulging information will be removed or blacked out from produced assignments and projects used throughout this portfolio unless given express permission to have names viewable.

4. This e-portfolio link will remain active for a period of at least seven (7) years for the purpose of accreditation and necessary administrative use for the University of South Florida's School, Masters of Library and Information Sciences program.
